  1. Do I have to register to shop at

You can browse our products in the guest mode but in order to make a purchase you need to register to provide us with basic details about you like your e-mail ID, contact number etc. You can conveniently login using your Google or Facebook credentials as well.

  1. Do I have to share my contact details like e-mail, phone number at the time of purchase?

Yes. Once you decide to make a purchase, we would need information about you to send you timely updates about your order - like when the order is confirmed, payment is processed and when an item is dispatched or delivered. Since we refresh our collection quickly, we would like to also send you updates via our newsletters that you can unsubscribe from at any time. Rest assured, your personal information is safe with us.   1. Does Enakshi deliver products outside India?

No. As of now, Enakshi delivers products within India only.

  1. How do I know what size fits me the best?

At the product page, we have given a detailed size chart with description of various sizes. These sizes may differ from what you are used to in other brands. So we request you to match the size to your measurements and place an order accordingly.

  1. Is there a limit to a number of products that I can order?

No. There is no limit to the number of products that you can order. However, since we provide unique designs to each and every woman, you won’t be able to shop for multiple quantities of the same garment.

  1. Can I change the shipping address for my order once it is placed?

Yes. You can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. You can write to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to change the shipping address unless we have not shipped the order already.

  1. Within 24 hours of placing the order, we will share the details of our courier partner service and the tracking code associated with your order. You can track your order by visiting our courier partner’s website. Alternatively, you can also check the status on our website under My Orders section. 

    1. How can I check if a product is delivered to my PIN Code?

    At the product page there is an option to check whether your area is serviceable by our courier partners. You can enter your area PIN Code and check the serviceability before making the purchase.

    1. Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

    Yes. You can choose to cancel the order immediately after the purchase before it is shipped. In case the order has already been shipped, you can create a return request. At any point of time, you can write to us at [email protected] if you have doubts about the cancellation/returns.

    1. How do I raise a return request?

    You can write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours of the receipt of the product. We will arrange for the pick-up of the goods within 3-5 business days. Do keep the tags, invoice and cloth in the condition as you received them. You will need to hand them over at the time of pick-up. Also, do not use or wash the garment before it is picked up.

    1. How soon can I get the refund for the cancelled orders?

    Refund will be initiated on the successful pick-up of the product. The refund amount might take 7-10 days to be reflected in your account.

    1. Partial Return - Can I return a few products from a single order?

    Yes, in case you have ordered multiple items, you can return a few of them. Just highlight the items being returned on the invoice when we arrange for the pick-up.

    1. Do I need to self-ship the returns? What is the returns process?

    In case we have our courier partners servicing your area for pick-ups, we will arrange for a pickup within 3-5 days of the receipt of return request. In case there is no such facility available in your area, you can send us the shipment at the following address:

    You can share the courier receipt at [email protected] and the courier amount will be duly credited to your account on the successful receipt of the shipment at our end.

    1. Do you have a COD payment option?

    No. We do not have COD payment option. We have multiple other payment options - Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, PayTM & a host of other wallets that you can use to make your purchase conveniently.

    1. What to do if the payment transaction fails?

    Do check your account if the amount has been deducted from your account. If not, you can check whether all the details provided are accurate and try to make the payment again. If the amount has been deducted and the order has not been placed, do write to us at [email protected] with your payment details and we will resolve it for you.

    1. If I return/cancel the purchase, will the GST amount also be refunded?

    Yes. The entire cost of purchase including the applicable tax amount will be refunded to your account.
